FOOD WASTE
Much research is undertaken each year, by
reputable institutions and corporations, to try to
gauge just how much of the food that we produce
here in the UK is eaten, and how much is wasted
Using a variety of data sources, pupils have created
graphs and charts to draw attention to the extent of
our food waste
Most of this data is very recent (within the past five
years) and relates to the UK food market
Canva is an online design platform which is ideal for
this type of work. Most pupils find the app intuitive.
